Dear Noblesville First Family,

Last night, I watched my son Joshua finish the final meet of his first cross-country season. For most of his young life, he’s been a soccer player, and trying something new wasn’t easy. But every day for the past two months, he ran. He ran when he didn’t feel good. He ran when he felt fantastic. He ran when he was at the front of the pack and when he was much further back. Watching him end the season today with a "PR", a personal record, I was so proud.

His race reminded me that every step of our faith journey will not be easy, but we’ll never take it alone. God gives us the strength to do new things, hard things, things we never thought we’d have to do. And God gives us people, a team to encourage us when we lose our stride. That theme is what we’ll be talking about in the final sermon of our Faith and Football series. Grab your favorite jersey and come worship the One who is worthy of our praise!

Keep the Faith@First,
Pastor Nicole
