Today, I saw what happens when peace takes the lead.

Three members of our congregation had a wild dream: open a thrift store. No experience. No blueprint. Just a deep sense that God was stirring something in them. And today? That dream opened its doors.

They didn’t wait for perfect conditions. They didn’t let fear or lack of knowledge stop them. They moved forward anyway—carried by a peace that didn’t make sense, but made everything possible.

That’s the kind of peace we’re talking about this Palm Sunday. The kind that isn’t about calm circumstances, but about deep trust in God’s presence. The same peace that led Jesus into Jerusalem—not to comfort, but to the cross.

What might happen if we let that peace lead us? What dreams are waiting on the other side of our “yes”?

God, use us. Stir us. Move us—not when we feel ready, but when we feel called.

Oh and Saturday, come see the dream for yourself. Visit Threads of Hopeduring our Easter Egg Hunt.

Then join us Sunday morning for worship, as we lean into the peace that moves mountains—and opens new doors.

Let peace lead. Let God move. Let’s go.

Keep the faith,
Pastor Nicole
