Life is marked by moments that shape us—milestones that reflect both where we’ve been and where God is leading us. Sunday, we’ll celebrate two such moments: Confirmation and Graduation. These aren't just ceremonies or traditions; they are powerful steps in our journey of faith and purpose.

Confirmation is more than a rite of passage—it's a declaration of personal faith. It's the moment young believers say, “This faith is mine.” It’s a stepping out and stepping into a life of discipleship, not alone, but surrounded by the love of the Church and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It's a commitment to grow, serve, and walk with Jesus daily.

Graduation, too, is more than turning a tassel from left to right. It’s a turning point. A move from one chapter to the next—filled with uncertainty, yes, but also with possibility. It's stepping into the world with knowledge gained, lessons learned, and the call to use both to bless others. It’s a faith step in its own right—trusting God for what comes next.

In both Confirmation and Graduation, we don’t move alone. God goes before us. Our church community stands beside us. And our identity as children of God remains constant.

Whether confirming faith or graduating into a new season, these moments remind us that God is always at work—shaping, calling, and sending us into the world and deeper into our unique purpose.

Join us this Sunday for ONE SERVICE at 9:45 a.m. in Celebration Hall as we honor our Confirmands making their faith their own and our Graduates stepping into the future. Come and celebrate these sacred milestones together—rooted in Christ, moving forward in hope.

Oh and we want to see those confirmation or graduation pics! Enjoy a very cute Pastor Brittney at her confirmation and a very excited to be DONE me at my seminary graduation.

Keep the faith @ first,
Pastor Nicole
