God has a way of placing people in our lives whose faith strengthens our own - people who pray when we don't have the words, believe when our faith feels shaky, and remind us that we don't have to navigate life's twists and turns alone. This week, we'll reflect on the people who have shaped our faith, strengthened us, and helped us keep going, while also considering who might need that same kind of connection from us. Because faith isn't a solo journey; God often changes our lives through the people God connects us to. As we worship together, we'll explore how we can be that source of encouragement, hope, and community for one another.
Series Information
Each new life stage is really an invitation to begin a new journey. It's a chance to learn new things, embrace new routines, meet new people, and trust God with the unknown. Of course, any parent, grandparent, teacher, or school employee can tell you that this journey is rarely a straight path. There are unexpected detours, difficult assignments, changing friendships, moments of triumph, and moments when we wonder if we'll ever find our footing again. That's exactly what inspired our new worship series, Twists and Turns: What Board Games Teach Us About Faith. Over the next four weeks, we'll discover what some of our favorite games can teach us about following God through the unexpected paths of life.
