Series: Epiphany
January 05, 2025 | Rev. Brittney Stephan
Epiphany is a season of revelation, when the light of Christ breaks through the darkness of the world, shining not only on the Jewish people but on all nations. The visit of the Magi, who journeyed from distant lands to worship the newborn King, signifies that Jesus came to bring salvation to everyone, regardless of their background or nationality. This is a powerful reminder that the Gospel is for all people, and that God’s invitation to His kingdom knows no boundaries. As we reflect on the story of the Magi, we are called to seek Christ with the same determination and reverence, recognizing Him as the true light who guides us out of darkness. Epiphany also challenges us to live as bearers of that light, reflecting Christ's love and truth in a world that desperately needs His hope and healing.
