Why should I be a part of the church if it hurts so many people?

Series: Googling God

April 28, 2024 | Rev. Nicole Caldwell-Gross
The church is meant to be a community of love, healing, and growth, but we recognize that it hasn't always lived up to that calling. However, being part of the church is about being a part of something greater than ourselves—it's about finding a place where we can wrestle with hard questions, seek truth, and discover the life-changing love of Jesus together. Yes, the church is made up of imperfect people, but it's also a place where God’s grace transforms us, mends what’s broken, and calls us to be agents of change. Here, you have the opportunity to help shape it into the loving, inclusive, and vibrant community it's meant to be, making a difference from the inside out!
